This is an intermediate level course which will require you to watch online instructional videos and attend three work sessions.  Starting with an agar plate, you will grow your culture, amplify it into spawn, inoculate a suitable substrate, and record the weight of mushroom production per bag. Classes will be held on Saturday and Sunday mornings with 15 participants in each class. $50 class fee. Limited tickets available. Register here.
