Make your own Oyster mushroom bag!  Jon Danielson will provide us with pasteurized  wood chips, cultivation bags, and several varieties of oyster mushrooms.  Bag preparation takes about an hour, with guidance from Jon regarding sterile technique, packing instructions, and growing tips.  There is a $25 materials fee for this class.  Sign-ups are now open, but spots are limited.  Additional classes will be held in April if you don’t get into this one.
