The Potluck Network: Chef Brett Buesnel

Brett Buesnel will prepare bok choy with hoisin sauce and cultivated oyster or wild mushroom. The entre will be a glazed salmon.  Guests will supply a grain, a salad, an appetizer, and a dessert.  Please bring enough for 12 people.
